Ciara Lynch completed a BA in Clinical Speech and Language Studies in Trinity College Dublin in 2006. She has extensive experience working across acute, inpatient rehabilitation and community services as a Speech and Language Therapist. Most recently, she worked in PeamountHealthcare, Newcastle Co. Dublin as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist and Quality Improvement Lead and played a key role in the development of the Regional Specialist Inpatient Neuro-Rehabilitation service at Peamount. She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management in 2020 and is currently completing a Masters in Population Health Leadership with RCSI. She has been General Manager of the National Neuro-Rehabilitation Strategy since 2021.
