Marcin completed a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in Krakow, Poland, before completing a PhD with the University of Limerick. With over 25 years in clinical practice, he has worked in the charity sector with MS Ireland, the public sector with the HSE, and private sector including the Galway Clinic. Marcin is a Co-Founder and Clinical Lead of Axon Rehab, a neuro-rehab specialist practice based in North Tipperary, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of clinical therapists, strength & conditioning coaches, and rehab assistants, delivering intensive rehab programmes for individuals with acquired and degenerative brain injuries. Bespokeprogrammesare delivered using the latest in clinically proven rehab technology, including robotics, sensor-based tech, electrical stimulation devices, as well as conventional therapy. Marcin has authored many peer reviewed papers on topics including the use of technology, electrical stimulation, and physical activity within neuro populations. He delivers guest lectures on the use of various rehabilitation technologies to many 3rd level institutions and conferences both in Ireland and internationally.
